Sheen Wins Again
Charlie Sheen's Ustream Internet show debuted tonight to some big numbers. The Hollywood Report (THR) says "Sheen's Korner" attracted over 100,000 people. I did not watch the show but apparently Sheen revealed a new tattoo of his new slogan, 'winning' on his left wrist. Among other things, he also listed a few public figures he'd like to be like Colin Farrell and Sean Penn. THR reports that there were several awkward moments on the webcast including cheap shots at his publicist, fart noises and dead air. Thank God this was not on tonight's primetime television lineup.
And just when we thought this would be a one time thing, he also hinted at a weekly, perhaps daily webcast of "Sheen's Korner" in the near future.
What will he come up with next?
Stay tuned...

John Galliano Goes To Rehab
After a week of scandal, renowned fashion designer John Galliano has reportedly checked himself into rehab, says The Times of India, UK.
The flamboyant 50-year-old was recently released from the House of Dior for his anti-Semantic remarks to a couple in Paris. He has reportedly made his way to The Meadows, a rehabilitation centre in Arizona, that's treated other big names like fellow designer Donnatella Versace.
Galliano released an apology saying, "Anti-Semitism and racism has no part in our society. I unreservedly apologize for my behaviour for causing any offence."
It may be a little late for an apology as French prosecutors say Galliano will stand trial and face up to six months in jail.
Caught On Camera: Whitney Houston's Daughter Caught Snorting Cocaine
It's not right, but is it okay? Will she make it anyway?
According to RadarOnline, the next issue of The National Enquirer will publish eight photos of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown's 18-year-old daughter snorting cocaine. In the publication, the ex-boyfriend of Bobby Kristina Brown say she is addicted to the same substance both her parents publicly battled for years.
The National Enquirer is synonymous with sensationalism and lies but if there are photos to prove that Bobby Kristina is using, Houston should intervene before her daughter follows the same dark path she led.

Jimmy Fallon Is A "Winner" As Charlie Sheen
Jimmy Fallon proves that he is one of the funniest people on late night television with another hilarious celebrity spoof. In light of Charlie Sheen's recent questionable behaviour and bizarre antics in the media, Fallon impersonated the actor in a "Winning" fragrance commercial.

So This Is What It's Like
I was invited to LALA Land in December right before the Golden Globe Awards and I had the pleasure of mingling with some familiar faces in the land of opportunity and collagen.
I sipped the finest champagnes at an InStyle party with Hollywood's finest, including Sofia Coppola with Phoenix frontman Thomas Mars, Lori Loughlin, Brittany Snow, Jordana Bewster and several others in the "young hollywood" circle.
I also took some Facebook photos with Entourage stars Jerry Ferrara, Kevin Connolly, and actor Stephen Dorff.

Stray dogs in Russia will NOT face deportation
Russian authorities were keen on deporting thousands of the city's stray dogs to a camp outside of the capital. Fortunately for all of the dogs and all of humanity, the Associated Press (AP) said the city has canceled all plans to do so. I reported on the story before authorities made their final decision today.
Read all about what some of Toronto's animal activists had to say about what was supposed to be Moscow's heinous plan for the innocent stray dogs.

New Definition Of Meat Head
Bruce Willis was on The David Letterman Show on Monday sporting raw beef on his head. His fashion statement clearly mimicked Lady Gaga's meat dress from the MVAs.
The video is pretty funny until Letterman decides to stick a fork in his meat for a taste. Blah!

Ego Check For...Jermaine Jackson

Do you know who Jermajesty Jackson is?
Well, he is the youngest son of Jermaine Jackson, and I assume he thought it'd be appropriate to give his son a fictitious name.
Jermajesty isn't even a real name! Jackson apparently thought it'd be smart to fuse two of his favourite things together to create a name for his son: himself and royalty.
And I thought Blanket Jackson was bad.
I feel bad for his grade school teacher who has to read his name aloud every day off the attendance.
How degrading.
In addition, the best part of this finding is a TMZ report I stumbled upon, claiming Jackson can not afford the requested sum of child support because he's "broke as a joke."
How can you name your kid Jermajesty and not provide him with all of the riches he so rightly deserves?
He's a cruel man in every possible way.

The Phoenix Has Risen
Joaquin Phoenix made his triumphant return to The David Letterman Show, one year after his controversial interview on the late night talk show.
He was apologetic to Letterman and confessed to viewers that the entire act was an homage to celebrity and the reality television craze.
Sure?
In case you missed it, here is the interview.

Who is Joaquin Phoenix?
In a recent interview with New York Times, Casey Affleck finally confessed that his new documentary, I'm Still Here, is in fact, merely a performance.
The 'documentary' which chronicles Joaquin Phoenix's transition from successful actor to underground hip-hop rapper has been met with much speculation from critics that the entire story is a sham. Since it's screening at TIFF late last week, the documentary has received several negative reviews.
Last year, Phoenix made his very controversial appearance on the David Letterman show, provoking many viewers to question his sanity. He appeared drug-induced, uninterested and completely unrecognizable. Just like his performance in the documentary, his interview on Letterman was a hoax.
"I never intended to trick anybody," Affleck stated.
What do you mean you never intended to trick anybody? You just admitted to the most popular publication in North America that the concept was completely fabricated. You have been plugging the documentary as if it were a DOCUMENTARY about a REAL person and his new lifestyle, didn't you?
Apparently, he told NY Times he wanted audiences to experience the film’s narrative, about the disintegration of celebrity, without the clutter of preconceived notion.
I guess we'll have to find out for ourselves by actually watching the film. I feel so betrayed because sadly, I really did buy into the whole performance after witnessing the painfully awkward Letterman interview last year.
Phoenix is scheduled to make his first appearance on the Letterman show since last year's tragic appearance, on Sept.22.
Be sure to watch how the truth unfolds!

Two Weeks In Review
I must apologize to all six of my followers for not blogging as of late. It has been a very busy two weeks since I posted my last blog about Conan O'Brien's new self titled show, but rest assured I do have a few contributions coming your way in regards to what has been happening in the world of entertainment.
2) Stand Up to Cancer Telethon: This very important show for an incredibly important cause aired yesterday on all of the major networks with a little over 10 million viewers tuning in. Actors, singers, journalists and athletes came out to support the cause, like Gwyneth Paltrow, Lance Armstrong, Christina Applegate, and Diane Sawyer. Many celebrities also showed up in honour of Michael Douglas, who was recently diagnosed with stage IV throat cancer.
The telethon was so moving with personal anecdotes from cancer survivors and those who knew cancer vicrims. The show was expected to raise over $100 million but the final results have yet to be confirmed.
3) The Offspring Of Bob Marley Plead Guilty to Drug Charges: Somehow, this comes as no surprise? Makeda Jahnesta Marley plead guilty last Tuesday to a massive grow-op police found inside of her home. Reports say, Marley was removing the plants from her basement when officers arrived at her home on a domestic dispute call. The youngest daughter of the legendary reggae artist, Bob Marley, admitted to the marijuana possession, and sentencing will take place in October.
1) TIFF: Today is the third day of the Toronto International Film Festival, and I have yet to attend a screening! Have you seen any films yet? The festival is highlighting 300 films this year featuring several celebrated actors, who should all be in town as I blog right this second! Robert de Niro, Ellen Page, Emilio Estevez and Martin Sheen, Ben Affleck and Hilary Swank, just to name a few.
My friend, Travis Dhanraj is one of this year's reporters for Red Carpet Diaries. On the festivals opening night, he had a chance to shot gun a beer with the actors from Fubar 2. Check out this instant YouTube hit! I'm too proud of him.

Charged with two crimes? Marley is definitely keeping her infamous last name alive in the most predictable of ways.
4) Double Rainbow Guy Gets A Job: An amateur who works for Windows Live decided to hire the Double Rainbow Guy for their latest commercial! Paul "Bear" Vasquez, aka THE DOUBLE RAINBOW GUY, can be seen in the latest Windows Live Essential Commercial.
I can't believe he's getting paid for his drug infused antics. Where is the humanity?!?! And again, he looks just as high in the commercial as he sounds in his famous YouTube video. Take a look.

Modern Families Are Funny

The cast, creators, and fans of Modern Family, were elated when Ted Danson announced their name for Outstanding Comedy Series at last night's Emmy telecast.
Today, CNN and other reports are questioning whether the show deserved to win over Glee.
To this absurd question I say, YES. YES! YES!
The show also nabbed the award for Best Writing, and Eric Stonestreet won the Emmy for Best Supporting Actor for his portrayal of Cameron Tucker.

Dressed To Impress At the Emmy's

Photo: The mother of four, Heidi Klum, showed off her famous runway legs in a delicious Marchesa black mini. Adorable!
From Oscar de la Renta to Marchesa, the glamorous women of primetime television (and then some) showed off their borrowed designer gowns, most expensive jewels they had on loan, and their handsome trophy men.
Billy Bush and Nate Berkus provided anxious viewers with hilarious commentary on the red carpet and it was one of the most worthwhile and entertaining red carpet shows I have seen since Joan Rivers lead.
Check out this link for more images of last night's best dressed (according to radaronline.com).Browse images: 62nd Annual Emmy Awards - Best Dressed | RadarOnline.com
And the winners are for worst dressed?

Are some of these stars fashion forward or do they need to hire a new stylist? What do you think?

Song of the Week: The Heavy - Sixteen
Sixteen by The Heavy is an original funky and soulful song by the indie rock band from Noid, England. This song was released last year but it's a newbie on my play list and for good reason. Check it out!
Since the release of their first album, Great Vengeance and Furious Fire, the band has been featured in Spin Magazine and Rolling Stone.
